Welcome to the Covenant Classical Gardens! We have an exciting year ahead of us and our botany class will be taking advantage of the warm weather the Lord has provided us with! Our compost bin is now completed, and the greenhouse tables are under construction. A tiller was finally provided and we prepared the soil so we can begin planting our greens. Adam Jackson's orchard project has been completed and it is now our job to ensure that we maintain his work, and God's creation.

Watering for the week of September 19th
During my time of watering the garden I noticed the plants were growing nicely. One thing that caught my eye was the amount of small black bugs that seemed to have settled on the vines growing around the bench area. On the bushes and trees there are a good bit of spider webs, my question is when do the spiders think they should start doing their part in our garden and control the bug population? Although we may not be enjoying all this rain we have gotten this week, the plants sure do appreciate it!
