Welcome to the Covenant Classical Gardens! We have an exciting year ahead of us and our botany class will be taking advantage of the warm weather the Lord has provided us with! Our compost bin is now completed, and the greenhouse tables are under construction. A tiller was finally provided and we prepared the soil so we can begin planting our greens. Adam Jackson's orchard project has been completed and it is now our job to ensure that we maintain his work, and God's creation.

Cleaning!
Today, because it was so rainy and we couldn't go outside, we cleaned Mr. Hardin's room. We vacuumed it and straightened it. I also somehow got paint on me from dangerous people holding paint brushes.. :)

Today Emily and I finally planted our peppers. We planted Jalapenos, Banana Peppers, and California Wonder (not sure if that's what it's called). But that wasn't the interesting part of the day. Today the class was treated by seeing a beaver skinned!! It was as educational as it was disgusting. I don't think we'll have another Horticulture class quite like this again, but you never know Mr.Hardin could pick up another animal off the side of the road!

So today, Rachel and I went back and finished up our research on finding a discount price on the TCP softwhite bulbs. This is where our research has led us: lightbulb
and Rachel cant spell and threatened to kill me with the other light bulb we have. :D
