Cleaning!

Today, because it was so rainy and we couldn't go outside, we cleaned Mr. Hardin's room. We vacuumed it and straightened it. I also somehow got paint on me from dangerous people holding paint brushes.. :)
The flowers finally came in today!! And just in time to plant the coleus too!! :D -Chloe

Wow. Today was interesting. Grace, Chloe and I finished painting the shelves for the germination chamber, and I planted three varieties of peppers with Kirstie. The beaver dissection is what made today interesting, strange, and "gross".

Today Emily and I finally planted our peppers. We planted Jalapenos, Banana Peppers, and California Wonder (not sure if that's what it's called). But that wasn't the interesting part of the day. Today the class was treated by seeing a beaver skinned!! It was as educational as it was disgusting. I don't think we'll have another Horticulture class quite like this again, but you never know Mr.Hardin could pick up another animal off the side of the road!
