The composting buckets in the cafeteria.
Grace, Chloe, and I are finally done speaking with the grammar school about composting! We were actually quite pleasantly surprised by some of the students' explanation of composting, and happy to see all the excited participants we have now. We placed two buckets in the cafeteria and one in the teacher's lounge. We have been sorting through the buckets, then emptying them into the compost pile everyday and sometimes adding leaves and/or grass clippings. The massive amount of rain we have been getting has made our job of keeping the pile moist a whole lot easier... Also, the pepper plants are looking perfect! I really hope they continue to be healthy after seeing what happened to the previously healthy tomato plants....
